Returns Policy
Returns and refunds are at your own expense. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase? We accept returns and refunds for items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. (Within Europe)
Items you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returned items must not have been used, washed, or altered. All items are individually assessed upon return.
We do not provide a return label with your order.
If the items are damaged upon delivery, please contact customer service.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for the item via your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return package.
You are responsible for the items you return until we receive them. It's a good idea to purchase insurance for the value of the items you're returning and keep your proof of postage.
We are not responsible for items accidentally returned to us.
It may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return is processed, your purchase price will be refunded via your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days. We will stay in touch throughout the process and will send you an email once we have processed your return.
